This was a good good for a student to do their research on leadership from a primal example.

Well written but not, as with anything, to be taken hook, line and sinker. It may reveal more about the members of the group than you'd think. Like a game if you take the time to do the surveys honestly. Maybe this would be a fun and heady book to use on a retreat with close friends w/ whom you could really be truthful.

If one doesn't grasp the concept of emotional intelligence and how to use it in day to day life (not just for work) this is the book for you. It is well written and very readable. I am planning on reading it again. I had to read this book for a class I was taking and did not have high expectations. However, what a great read.

I found it to be okay. This was required reading material for my leadership class.

The best book I've ever purchased and it was in excellent shape and arrived sooner than expected.
